To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Rose Parade and Honda’s continued sponsorship of the event, we partnered closely with Snapchat to build Honda’s first ever world lens experience. We replicated the real world float Honda would be showcasing during the event and brought it to life in AR so viewers at home could experience it for themselves.
The experience included interactive trigger points to keep users engaged and allow them to do things like launch fireworks, conduct a drum line, or celebrate with triumphant horns.
To drive people to the experience we incorporated a unique Snapcode into assets that were pushed out across our social channels.
