We created some spooky content for Honda’s social channels to delight users and invite them to come trunk or treat with us.
Stop motion style GIFs gave users a glimpse into a witches layer, a driver who might’ve overdone it on the candy, and a game of follow the chocolate bar.
The highlight of our efforts was a “choose your own adventure” game that was built from videos captured with a tabletop shoot at our in-house stage and integrated into the Facebook Instant Experience format (Canvas units at the time).
By linking multiple Instant Experiences together (or canvas-ception as our ECD liked to say), we challenged users to navigate our paper city and get to the house giving away the best candy without being caught by witches, ghosts, and spiders along the way.
